Hi guys. This is a common "unfair trade" i paid for the saddlebags and they came without brackets...
Doesent matter... im quite happy because the parcel wasn't lost.
Do you know what bracket or item i must buy to use these bags on my motorcycle ? Ty !

Those are off a mid to late 90's Dyna convertible. Whatever brackets those bikes required is what your gonna need.

You need the fender arm studs for detachable saddlebags I think. Or docking hardware, something like this.

or you can probably get it from JP Cycles.

Well, I may be four years late to this post, but seeing how I just purchased a set of these bags, here's my two cents worth.

I'm looking for the same stud mounts for 1997 FXDS Conv. saddlebags. Support brackets are built into the bag, which is really the problem, mainly because HD made the mounts obsolete for these brackets.

Part # 90365-96

You can find them on the net, in the Netherlands, for a whopping 72 Euro...for four bolts. Make your own or get different bags.

It's really too bad that HD discontinued this part. The bags are excellent, despite the flaw of the third mounting position on the rear fender.

First of all congratulations on your Wide Glide ! You have merged the present to the past. Modern engine, vintage bags is really a great job.

Despite i bought these saddlebags long time ago, i never rode the bike with them on....
Now i am older... and i carry many things during my trips like a raincot, 2nd sunglasses, kryptonite chain etc. (toiletpaper once lol)

Do you remember the name of the shop or the website where i could find these studs please ? I honestly would have never thought they were sold so pricey..... to not mention hard to find items.

Thanks again !

P.S.
