Thinking of putting RSD Short Stacks on a Fat Bob...

do you think these bars would look good on a Fat Bob?
Does anyone know of any other company that makes similar bars? Thanks, Mickey |
try Biltwell Keystones. nice bars. i have to get new bars or higher risers for mine since tank lift. The keystones are nice and $110 for the set. not quite as fancy as RSD either, but it all depends on what you're looking for.

I've been looking at putting those on my Fat Bob as well. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are 1" diameter. I like the look of something beefier like 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" diameter tubing. I did find some similar bars over at BR Customs. Just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I really like those RSD bars. They would look pretty tuff on a fat bob. If you do those then I think you should change your risers also. The fat bob risers look good with drag bars but the few times I've seen them with apes, they look out of place.

Thanks Nkauf...that was actually going to be my next question....wether to keep the risers or not.
|
I think those bars would look sh!t-hot on a FatBob, waiting to see how they look on your's and which risers you choose to go with.

Definitely use the 1 shorty risers with those and they will look good. I agree that a 1.5 inch version would be better. Britt Motorsports makes custom bars and can prolly build a 1.5 inch set for what those will cost. I like RSD stuff as the details are nice and sharp. the RSD risers are nice too

If you wanna sell your stock Fat Bob risers, let me know!!

The biltwell shorty risers are super clean. http://www.biltwellinc.com/risers.php
