03 fxdl dash swap for digital speedo/tach & key relocation help needed
 

Looking for a dash that will swap out for the one on the tank of my 03 low rider. I would like to add a combo digital speedo, tach and gear indicator all in one gauge. I would also like to relocate the key switch below the gauge.
1. Does anyone know of a dash like this from another model that will work on my FXDL tank?
2. Does anyone know of a digital speedo/tach with a gear indicator that will work with the replacement dash?

Searched but could only find info on 04 and up digital speedos and dash swaps and nothing on my particular mod plan. Thanks

Check with Dakota Digital gauges. They have a full line of gauges and hopefully they will have what you are looking for.....Also an FXD dash should work but not 100% sure on that.

I have an 03 lowrider and I'm putting on a wideglide dash on mine they say it wont fit but it sits on there just fine and I just need to fab a bracket to bolt it on, as far as the digital speedo tach goes dakota dgital makes one for a 5" speedo but not the smaller one for the 03. I saw in last months hot bike mag there was a handlebar clamp that had a digital speedo and tach in it but I don't remembere the name of it.

Wanted to install the Dakota Digital MCL-3204 on my FXD2003 and asked DD if this was going to work.

Alas, "MCL-3204 will not work for your bike, as it is only compatible with the 2004 and newer bikes..."

Dakota Digital has all kinds of stuff to fit your bike! call them @1-888-881-0536 and tell them what you have and what you want.They helped me with my Bike. take a look at the HLY-3011

What size speedo does that Wide Glide dash take? Is it from an 03 wide glide? Can you post a picture of it? Thanks

It takes a 5" speedo and I;m on the road so I cant get any pics right now, its from a 05 wide glide but the speedo is from a 01
