I've got a 2008 Fat Bob and I'm thinking about putting a batwing fairing on it. I've been looking at the Tsukayu fairings that come with the 6x9 speakers and radio and think I may try one. Anyone on here have one or had experience with one? Also anyone know what it would take to make one work with the Quick detach brackets of the HD QD windshield? I know I'd have to change to a single headlight and plan on going with a 7 inch light. Any input is greatly appreciated. thanks.

 

Ryan, I have one for my 2007 Dyna Low Rider. The quality is very good. I wondered about using the Harley quick release brackets as well, but sold the quick release windshield I had, before I could try the brackets. My opinion is you could get them to work. If you plan on hiway cruising, it works great, and with bags, you have a nice little touring bike. I thought that I wanted to hiway cruise, that's why I bought it. But back problems are limiting me to short, around town riding. It will take about 3 weeks to order a new one. They don't keep an inventory, and only make them as they are ordered. Before you order one,I am willing to sell my like new unit for $750. I paid over $1200. Thanks for the offer, but I actually ended up ordering one from Reckless Motorcycles down in Tennessee. I orderied one for a road king. I wanted to use a 7" headlight and have 6x9 speakers. I'm thinking it will go right on with the brackets off my windshield. I put the brackets from my dyna windshield on my brothers road king windshield and it went right on. The bottom bracket is actually below the bottom triple tree, but as long as I leave it just high enough I wont have to worry about it front fork lower touching it.
