Default Can I raise my handlebars???

I have an 07 Dyna Super Glide. I am thinking of adding risers that are 1" higher and 2" back. Do you all think I can do this without replacing any control cables or lines?

To be totaly honest, I think that the riser fad is pretty rediculious. I realy thing it looks gay. If you want to raise your bars, get lomger bars noth toothpicks that hold up bars. BUT, To Each His Own. That is my opinion.

I have not done that mod to my bike but after seeing numerous posts about bars, risers, cables and wires I believe that there is enough slack to do the mod without replacing the cables and lengthening the wires. I am sure someone with more knowledge on this will chime in soon....

A new bar is not expensive, and would probably look better, but then I will not be sure on the effect it will have on the linkages. Looks like a lot more work too.

theres plenty of slack for the risers your wanting. although, on a superglide if you use a pull back type riser youll change the angle of your speedo, to a more straight up position...

Default been there done that

I did that and i am now going with bars they should be here friday. I dont like the speedo placement with the longer pullback risers, and it looks odd.
