I have been thinking of moving to North Dakota and they have a restriction on noise levels.

I checked this out and found that EPA restrictions are here:

87 DB at 35 feet seems quiet to me, am I wrong?
I Have Vance and Hines Straightshots on my 03 dyna (TC88) and I'm not sure this will fit the restriction. What do you think?

Honduras: No inspection on any vehicle, ever. I could run 3 inch pipes just barely out of the cylinders and it wouldn't be a problem (not a legal one at least)
