what mounting block did u use and what was the issues with wiring it up

The visor ring makes the look. I was going to ditch my headlight until I got the visor ring.

The issue I had with the mounting block hat came with it was it set the light a little lower than I liked, so I bought a different mounting block to raise the light and pulled it in a little.

As far as the wiring I just used the stock wiring by disassembling the headlamp connector and using a blunt screw driver and a little lube on the grommet worked the grommet out of the stock lamp and pulled it out from the back. Then fed the wires from the back of the new lamp and with a little lube worked the grommet back into the new lamp reassembled the connector and good to go.

I too would like to move mine up and in a little, what block did you buy and from where?

this sounds dumb but has any one put a fatboy headlamp on a wideglide? how does it look ? any pics ? also has any one put a 16 inch on a wide glide up front ?

With the wider trees I think the headlamp would look really good!

Seems the BK-Rider eBay store is selling these for 39.99 as a regular price now. So the website sale is kind of bogus, but still a good buy IMO.

I remember seeing a thread where a guy had one but I can't find the thread. I personally don't like it on a WG. The extra rake of the trees makes it stick out way too much. You're much better off with a 5.75 inch bullet headlight.

Use this mounting block from HD it will double the price of the light LOL part #69611-06
You will like the look moves it up and back on a Dyna. I have it installed on mine.
