I bought a '08 head-pipe from Florida and a '09 from Tennessee....Both had no cat in them.

No, the screws will not stop the mufflers, because I notched the mufflers for the screws......the baffles are also installed correctly. According to the instructions I received with the baffles, the cones will protrude into the mufflers when installed correctly and the lollipop in the baffle has to be in the end farthest away from the engine, which is in the cone side.

Looking forward to this vid...i haven't messed with my stock system yet, except drilling a 3/4 hole in the plug at the end of the mufflers....really wanna just pop the rivets, drill it out, and install these QQ baffles to keep the stock look but with better sound...i will worry about performance when i can afford to do it right and all at one time...also, will you need to tune it by just changing the baffles??

Hey big thumbs up on the sound on those baffles. I take it they're supposed to be "quiet" ? Oh well, its a Harley, not a Honda... Nice bike BTW!
