Default NC Deflector DX

Been looking for a windshield or fairing for over a year for my 2012 FXDF Fat Bob. Because of this forum I went for the National Cycles Deflector DX. Half hour from box arrival to on the road. Maybe it's a newer version, but really very easy install. One rake adjustment took care of buffeting. 95MPH and wind was skimming top of head, NO BUGS! Lots of relief from chest pressure, but really, aerodynamics on the FB are so good that was never much of an issue. A few seconds to remove and easy reattach via two *****. Although I nearly coughed up the $550 for batwings, really glad to have such a minimally invasive windshield - still looks and feels like a cruiser - not a bagger. With rain, just tuck down and you're dry (face, anyway). Got it on Ebay for $120 delivered.

Hey I have that same fertilizer spreader! What setting do you use for pre- emergent? I use a "6" I think. Then i use a "9" for winterizing. How long do you wait before watering?
