Rear tire upgrade 07 FXDC

Fritz's of Stamford, CT says the new model will take a 180 rear instead of the 160 without changing the wheel. Anyone know? Any reason not to?

same with the 06. I think that may be the biggest you can go without making other changes though.

Yeah a 180 is the biggest you can go without changing wheels out. You can get a 200 on the rear with and 18x5.5 wheel. I'm gonna be upgrading to a 180 on the rear of my Superglide pretty soon since my stock tire probably only has another 500 - 600 more miles on it.

180 is nice. Go for it. Any wider is a waste anyway. You won't use the extra width.
