I will soon be in the market for tires. Avon Cobras over Pirelli Night Dragons? Or either just as good?

 

Well aware very old thread. I figure someone will get notification or see this at top of new threads section.

So I want to do the Avon upsize tires.
I'm wondering about weight on the narrow rim with oversized tire.
Im well aware a lot of people run the tires, but anyone ride 2 up frequently?
With passenger, and weekend gear, i'm right at 400lbs.
Would anyone have reservations of the 200/150 combo at these weights?
