Fresh pics of a couple changes: My FXDC Bad&G bag & Hogrida bracket
 

A couple of days ago my Bad&G Customs solo bag came in, and I got my Hogrida laydown plate bracket a little before that...so today they went on. I had a HD laydown bracket before, but it still stuck up too much. Kudos to Hogrida on such a nice bracket. The thing looks great. Only problem I had is that the holes didn't line up with my license plate. Not sure if plates are different from state to state, or what. I had thought they were the same. Wasn't anticipating that. Anyone else have to do that? Either way, wasn't a big deal. They were off by about a 1/4", so I just drilled the holes out on the plate a little more and squeezed it on there. As far as my Bad&G Customs bag goes...I love it. Gregs quality and craftsmanship are top notch, and he's a good dude to do business with. Customer service was fantastic. I got the standard 3" wide bag with chrome quick disconnect buckles and an inside pocket in which I already put my registration in a zip lock bag and put in there (finally).

that is certainly a tidy bike dude... I'm not usually a big fan of chrome but damn its slick looking... and yeah Hogrida's bracket is the biz!

I've got Bad&G bags on my radar and they're getting closer every time I see one

OK how do I get ahold of Bad&G? I would love one of those bags.

Thanks. I did a total black out on my last bike. So I wanted something a little different (story of my life). I don't mind the black look. When done right, it looks great. It's just that it's ran it's course for me...for now anyway. I'm planning on blacking the lowers on this bike, and perhaps the gauges on top of the tank in the future. But I'm definitely going for a balance of chrome and black this time.
