Little bit of heat at a time and then pop them off. Use a lettle bit heat and a pop sicle stick to get mot of the tape off. Then a little wd40. The same for the tank emblems but remember to just take your time.

I used a hair dryer to heat my reflectors up, then used several strands of fishing line pulled between the reflector and surface to remove them. Use a few strands of the line, as one will break. And wear gloves to keep your hands from getting buggered by the line.
