I am on my second cover, last one a Dowco weatherplus, no longer waterproofing bike, Any suggestions? Found Oxford Brand, British made lots of rain there, fully linned.

All I can say is to look into Nikwax, it's a fabric treatment unlike no other. It's water proof, but yet it breathes. You just throw your cover in the wash with this stuff and you are good to go.

I haven't tried it yet, but a buddy called me just raving about it, he uses it on all of his outdoor clothes. We like to exchange tips on stuff that we find to be extraordinary, and he highly recommended Nikwax.

I picked a cover from Walmart, it's one of those Coleman PJD covers but seems to work well and seems to be well made.

I have one of the Oxford covers they will keep the bike dry for a year maybe 18 months but after that the outer coating breaks down and starts to let water in.

I have been considering one of the Bike tents advertised on Ebay (item number 230620947769) they are probably to large for the area I have to put the bike.

I used a HD cover for years with no problems, gave it to the guy who bought my Sturgis, don't need one in the desert...the one I had, had no ID on it, why advertise what you got.
