I want to change my rear fender on my Super Glideto a short style. Looking for a bobbed one or something like the Wide Glide fender. Any suggestions??

Chopped Fender Kit from HD, that is what I installed. You can get the fender by itself if you don't need the light kit that it comes with.

Note: it does not come with the LEDs light like the ones installed on mine, i added those myself!

Why not just chop your existing fender, or buy a cheap take-off from ebay to chop? I'm sure you'd get more satisfaction from that, than just buying a 'kit'.

Default will bob mine first

I talked to my painter this evening regarding a new paint scheme and mentioned I was thinking about buying a bobbed fender. He said he could do some magic on the fender and create one that no one has , so I will try that first. Thanks guys

I agree! you can get one relatively cheap and get the stisfaction of doing it yourself! its not that hard and you really dont have to be a "master fabricator" just some average mechanical skills.....go for it!!

I just bought an in-the-raw 12 ga Paul Yaffe one for $99 plus $5 S$H through ebay from Dennis Kirk. Well used take-offs were selling for around $30-$50 with $50 S&H, so I went new.

I wanted a fender without the stepped cross section, plus I didn't want to have my bike down for long during prime riding weather, bike runs, and the like, so having an extra fender to mod and paint was a good idea.
