Front turn signals relocated and new headlight make for a fatter Fat Bob. Next mod will be adding the Reckless Batwing. Hardest part was getting those damn pins out of the connectors on the turn signals. Major PIA
looks awesome! What is that mounted between the front frame rails?
does it block airflow?
It is a foam padded pistol lock box I mounted using the same bolt point as the crash bar. It gives me a secure place to lock up my pistol when I cannot carry concealed. (Yes, I DO have a permit). Funny thing most people never even notice that box. It doesn't seem to block much in the way of air flow over the engine. I'm pretty happy with the way the bike is coming out. Going for a balance between the red/black/chrome.
Bike looks GREAT!!!!!! Really likin' the Red/Black/Chrome theme!!
I'm waiting on my 7" headlight to show to install my Front turn signal relocation kit...Any info/pics you could post about the difficult part (removing pins from connectors..) would be MUCH appreciated!!
Some rubber fork boots (gators) would fatten up the look of the forks. If you really want to look fatter, I put a Softail light bar on my Fat Bob front end.

Not a bad idea. I am looking for ideas on places to stash my glock 30 when riding. Am still wanting something by the battery box though if possible.

Only advice i would give would be to take your time. The pins were a bitch getting out but then I was using a safety pin. Make sure you route the wiring through the chrome channel on the new mounts BEFORE you reattach the connectors. (don't ask me how I know this is important). Use dielectric grease when you reconnect.

Yup, been giving serious thought to adding boots. The fork lowers have to come off though don't they in order to install them?
