If you are referring to me, I specified that the Ness fairing I am interested in is NOT the one pictured in post 1.

I just bumped an old thread for more info, however I didnt start this thread. Regardless, thanks for the input as you are correct. The Mid and Wide Glide fairings are definitely way too wide for the narrow glide 39mm FXDX Sport front end.

Ness ...Ness...Ness...
A little harder to mount, ya gotta get creative, but theyre way more sleek, and smooth. I assume that's what you're lookng for, else you'd be polling for windshields.

Good luck... post pics when you decide on and mount whatever it is...

I am down to the Teekini fairing or the Narrowglide Ness Fairing that Dyna in the Works has on his bike. (not the one pictured in post 1)

I would like to be able to keep the Speedo/Tach combo where its at on the handlebar mount if the fairing is wide enough. I doubt I will go any taller than 8-10 inches of total handlebar rise on my setup.

Thanks in Advance for any help given.

Funny that you chimed in here because when I bumped the thread I mentioned your bike. Post up some of those pics because I believe the Ness narrowglide fairing will be the choice for me.

This thread is well over a year old. However, you can order the HD fairing directly from harley dealer. Tbone, conelys makes a repro fxdxt fairing. I have no experience with it.

Just Google HD part number 57070-98 (primed quarter fairing).

Depending on your front end, you'll need brackets and clamps to mount it since it's meant for a Sporty.

Other part numbers and such in this thread:
