Can't remove rocker cover? Help

I took out all the bolts and it's stuck. I tried to just lift it up, but it won't budge.... Any ideas?? I am only removing the tops - so 6 Allen bolts for each and new gaskets.... Ugh

Please - any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

hard rubber hammer upward stroke .....no rubber hammer ? piece of wood and hammer LIGHT taps around all sides

Very light taps....gentle.
