I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find it.





Edit: If anyone else happens to run across this thread the tail lamp assembly is 68368-03 and the license plate bracket is 59575-02.

 

I'm pretty sure it's #68368-03.

 

'03 Dyna parts manual shows #68368-03 (light assembly) fits all US '03 Dyna models.

To your original question, I do not think that bracket will fit your bike, If I remember correctly 02 was when they went a little wider on the rear, so it is probably a 1/2" narrower than the 02. The last 2 numbers in the old HD part numbers are the year the part first came out and parts like that only changed numbers if there was a design change in a model year.

That part number fits all WG's from 02-05, the years they were 7.5" wide, earlier ones were 7" wide
