As long as your fork tube size 49mm, that will fit. The colour is Cobalt blue, I bought this street bob used, first I didn't like the colour but I love it more and more each day.

Looks real good! Kind of a "Throw-back" to the old school days for me, some 35-40 years ago when I was riding a BSA Lightning. GOOD JOB.. thanks for the memory.
