My bag looked like Robotech's after less than 2 months. And I also agree with him that the bags are really nice, just need a few tweaks. Mine needed thicker leather. Lol

 

I am having the same issues. When riding I can almost see what is in my bag. Is the whole thing a thicker leather? My opinion is the back and the cover need to be thicker at a minimum. But if the entire bag is thicker it would be a great bag. Love the shape!

 

I also have these and have had them on now for about 3- weeks with no issues. I really like them.

The back really seems about 3x thicker (I can't confirm, as I don't have my old bag). The cover is also thicker, but only slightly. But I really think that just that slight thickness will make a big difference.
