Half beanie Outlaw on country runs, full face Bell on Interstate and cold weather runs.

 

I wear full face in winter, 3/4 with visor on long trips and a carbon fibre 1/2 helmet where laws apply. Rest of the time--no helmet.

I wear a Craft RX7 Carbon, very expensive when i bought it 8 years ago.I have bought 2 more newer style Craft,s since, an Arai and an HJC..All full face, and every time i ride i still go for the RX7, obviously looks the same as a Simpson Bandit, but unlike a Simpson this fits like a crash helmet should.....

 

I usually wear a do-rag, or a hat,(backwards). I do have a 1/2 lid for states that don't give you a choice.

 

I have a scorpion full face. I am surprised to see so many other Harley guys wearing full face. I have been ridding for about 25 years and its all I have ever worn. I keep thinking I want to try a 3/4 but then I read a post of somone that went down and they say they are going to a full face helmet.

 

Depends on the time of year.... 3/4 in winter and half when it warms up.

 

I usually just wear my bandanna but if I have to I like a basic half helmet.
