Heat em with a hair dryer and pull slowly from one end.
Rub the remaining rubber glue off with thumb.

Hair dryer, plastic putty knife or finger nails and WD40 to loosen adhesive and clean remaining adhesive... Use soft cloths...

Heat them up with a hair dryer. Work a piece of dental floss between the adhesive and the metal. They will come right off. In six months when you go to the dentist and are sked if you have been using floss, you can honestly answer yes.

I've used a blow dryer then fishing line to slide underneath. It'll come off real quick. The pain in the *** after that is the residue. I used WD40, thumb and an old t-shirt for that.

I have used some of the methods above...but what works best for me is a hair dryer followed by sliding a zip tie and sawing it down the reflector. Follow it up with some goo gone and it's gone

Be sure to keep them. You are not going to believe what they cost and they may be wanted if you ever get rid of the bike...
