Default thunder headers with no o2
has anybody ever had some thunderheaders for a carbuerated bike on a fuel injected bike? if a the fuelpak doesn't use the o2 sensors then what does it matter right? my real question is, will i have problems with the fit?

It really depends on what year the exhaust fits and what year bike you are putting it on. The exhaust ports are all the same Evo to twincam but mounting brackets will differ as well a frame width

The frames changed in '06 so you will need to rework the mount. You can buy O2 bungs to weld in so you can use the sensors.

i just got my bungs today from nightrider. there are tabs in the middle of the pipe, i can just grind those off right? i just got the mount for the thunder header today also.

We just put the TH from my96 BB on my friends 07.Bolted up with NO changes to anything. He's running a PCV so the ex sensor's aren't needed.
