swap meet pick ups
i just got back from a swap meet, got a couple great deals. picked up some v&h short shots and a wide glide gas tank for cheap. only a couple scratches here and there on the tank, no dents. considering swappin out the tank on my '09 fxd with the wide glide tank. trying to find a dash kit or something that doesn't have an ignition hole. anyone else ever make this switch to get rid of that speedo stickin off the top of the handlebars? if so, what all did you need?
I ditched my fuel gauge on my FXD and moved the ignition to the dash.

yeah the more i looked around the more i thought about puttin that switch on there. Any idea if the low rider dash kits will fit a wg tank? i can really only find one kind of dash right now that's specifically for a wg.
i also kind of like the joker machine speedo relocation mount now too. may go a different direction and get rid of the tank. haha.
i'm always so indecisive until one day i'll just pick something and go with it.
