Finally got my Fatbob back on the road with freshly painted tins & wheels!! Except for the paint, all the work was done my buddy and me in his garage..
Service stuff done:
Changed Engine mounts, rear brake pads, all wheel bearings, added dyna beads, engine/chassis alignment..
HD front turn signal relocation kit, Flat Black paint with tribal flames to match my saddle, and painted wheels flat black.
After getting the bike back together, had a few issues:

1.fuel check valve leaked. Made the mistake of ordering a new one (as per my HD dealer) BEFORE checking the forum.. Then, I just changed gasket and am keeping the new one as a spare..
2. rear of bike all over the place in the turns. Did engine/chassis alignment-problem solved..
2.push turn signal and ALL signals flash. The electrical housing/terminal under the seat which sends to rear sigs/tailight had oxidation on 2 pins-cleaned 'em up..problem solved..
3. bike suddenly feels like it's gonna shake itself apart...Forgot to 'reset' one bolt on front True Track after installing new engine mounts & doing alignment. Took it apart, put it back, all is well...
It's been quite an adventure, but well worth it!!!
Thanks to all of you who contribute to the forum, your info and advice saved me tons of time and money and helped me to "get to know" my bike..
