I have searched and searched. I cannot for the life of me figure this out. I have the software installed. Fuelomoto sent me a new map for my bike. I hook up the laptop, open the pcv program and hit send map.
What do I do next? There is nothing happening on the screen at this point in time. I am sure it is simple but I am not very computer savvy
is the bike supposed to be on during upload of map?
Is there a sign when map is transferred?
Sorry for dumass questions I just really got to get my bike running.
Thanks for any help
Jim
Just plug in USB cable. Open pcv software. Open file to transfer, and send file. It happens very fast. After it sends you can get file from pcv and compare with the file you sent. If it matches your good to go.

Exactly,
If I remember correctly you wont get any message saying that the map was successfully sent. You have to click get map to confirm it was sent. I would bet your fine.
Crank the bike up after the map and hit the throttle a few times. You should know whether or not the new map is in. The difference in maps are substantial sometimes.
