The wife has an 07 Street Bob. We are looking at putting a radio on the bike for her. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding brand; speaker size; etc. I know HD offers one but curious as to what else is out there. Her main concern is not being able to here it over the wind and pipes. Thanks.

I bought the cheapest Pyle system as I didn't want to throw money out the window to try something. I was VERY surprised as to how good they sound even at highway speeds. I have them mounted on my engine guard as I didn't want them on the bars. I would recommend them. If money is not a concern I would go with the fork bag stereo that one of the members makes on here. That's what I will get someday. I think if you search for Joe's fork bag stereo you will find it. If ya have any other questions let me know.
A radio on her bike, and she wants to hear it above the wind and pipes....
I have to ask, are the voices in her head starting to get to her?
You are from Louisiana and you know how drivers and road hazards are around here, and you want to add a radio to the mix?
Just a thought...
OK-ok all kidding aside, I would not do it on any bike, as I feel it distracts a rider from being one with the bike, and that in turn distracts us from what is going on around us.
