Default Street Bob wont start after Fuelpak install

Today I installed some Vance and Hines Short Shots Staggered, a naked VO2 Intake and the Fuelpak to map my ECM.

After installing the Fuelpak my bike wont start. It cranks all right but it wont fire up. It's like its not getting any fuel. However when I remove the Fuelpak it fires right up.

I called the help line at Vance and Hines and we both verified that it was hooked up and programed correctly. The tech was stumped too, but he said that it might just be a loose connection and is sending some wire clips to see if that is the problem.

Has anyone had similar problems with the V&H Fuelpak?

No issues with mine. The wiring harness was a tight fit, hard to make sure everything was correctly plugged in tightly.
Try plugging it in without having it jammed in place under seat.

The map I'm using is FP-4746 which is what the tech told me to use and thats what the website said too.

As far as the connection goes... I tried starting it after I programmed it before even shoving it under the seat. It just cranked away, but no fire.

My guess is the unit itself. Did V&H offer to have you send it back and check it ?

Mine worked fine from the first start-up. I use a different map though. I have the quiet baffles.

I put an older unit on my 07 and it worked fine, just not as many inputs on older units program.
