Default Super Glide Custom electrical problems

I have 2007 Super Glide Custom thats giving me strange electrical problems. I replaced starter and battery last week. Both were overdue. I had corroded fuse box so I sprayed electrical cleaner on fuse box with all fuses out with battery disconnected etc, then put dielectric grease and replaced all fuses and both relays. It started right up last week and I rode for 80 miles. The last leg of 80 miles it kept acting like it wanted to shut down but made it home. I parked it. Before I left garage I tried starting it and it fired right up. Yesterday I went to start it and headlight and front turn signals came on but no odometer and no fuel pump priming up or rear tail lights and starter wouldnt turn over. There is power to ignition (12.6V on multimeter) but no check engine light (that usually comes on for few seconds then goes out). I have no power on fuel pump fuse using test light and multimeter, yet the rest of fuses have power when they should with ignition on. I just tried it again and can hear fuel pump priming up, yet fuse shows no power to fuel pump, but still no odometer, starter wont turn over, and no rear turn signals. How can fuel pump run yet fuse shows no power? I am stumped.....

Exactly what kind of electrical cleaner did you use? .. and did you flush it and blow it dry afterwards?

I ask about the flush.. I often use denatured alcohol to flush after stuff like brake cleaner and electrical contact cleaner.

It was NAPA brand and blew it out with air hose after. Then dielectric grease on all fuses and relays. started right up and ran good til way home it felt like it was losing power but kep running then it ran fine and restarted it before i put it away, here it is a week later and its back to no starter , no check engine or odometer or rear tail lights. Im wondering if corroded wires on back side of fuses ? There was alot of corrosion on fuse terminals which led me to doing the flush and dielectric grease.

I would pull relays and make sure their contacts look good also

I pulled all fuses and relays and resprayed with contac cleaner then put em back in. After sitting for few mins the bike started right up. Im wondering if corrosion is in wiring going to fuse carrier and that why its intermittent. Dont wanna ride cuz ill probably end up coming back on flatbed truck.

My 2007 dyna was doing weird things regarding the fuel pump as well. Not exactly like yours, but similar. The system relay was intermittently screwing up. A new one fixed it. It shouldn't be too much. I think I paid around 10 of 15 bucks for one a few years ago.
