Im down in Montana. I need an oil pressure sending unit...
Nobody has or can get one for two days....
Does anyone know what thread it has and I could use a car one if I have too..
Thanks for any help....they are all the same from 99 up...

I was going to suggest plugging it but he didn't say he "lost" the oil sending unit so if that's the case the hole is already plugged. I'm assuming his sending unit just isn't working.

A 1/8 npt plug will get you rolling if your unit is leaking. If it is not leaking and just turning the light on you can simply unplug it. Maybe a dealer farther ahead in your planned route has one in stock but I'm sure you will not be able to find out till the morning.
