A Marine buddy of mine was kind enough to be seen in the company of a Sailor and made the 25 mile ride back with me. I caught a little grief (again) about the color, but he conceded the brown leather works.

I took it out for another spin after he split along PCH and fought very, very hard to keep it under 3000 RPMs through Carlsbad. I think I went over once (or twice).

After dinner, I'll be ripping off the reflectors. Hopefully nothing a little goo-gone can't handle.
