rear wheel belt sprocket wear

Do the after market rear belt sprocket teeth wear quicker then original HD sprockets? I but a new sprocket from wright ride wheels when I changed my wheel to a chrome spoke wheel. The teeth on sprocket look rougher and wondering if the belt will get damaged sooner. HD sprockets have a 5 year teeth warranty.

The stock sprocket will wear much slower. After market sprockets are aluminum, stock sprockets are steel.
