Ness fairing on fat bob
 

Just wanted to show it off. Still needs to be painted. I mounted it using 2 HD quick detach clamps and 2 zip ties to secure it to the headlight block. I have to get some smaller bolts, however, as these were too long. Used some 5/16 fuel line as the bolt spacers.

I originally had it mounted using a bracket I ordered from Arlen Ness, after discovering the headlight mount kit I got from phat performance parts isn't compatible with my Dyna. However it made the fairing cover the lower tree and stuck it out further which threw the look off to me.

I ordered some 10" west coast t-bars but not sure how that's gonna work out...seems there isn't much luck lately with those.

What bars are on it now? The rise looks perfect from this angle. Do you have more of a side shot?

It's the stock bars (powdered gloss black) with 2 1/2 inch riser extensions on there. it's comfortable but I'd like to get a little higher.

Cool. I want taller risers but the geniuses at HD decided to give the 2012 Fat Bobs a shorter clutch cable. Cant even run a 2"extention. Need to decide how high I want to go so I can order the right length cable.

I have a 2010 fat bob and when I added the extensions my clutch made it but was tight. I went with a clutch from a 2010 wide glide (if i remember right) and it fits perfect.

I have a set of 1 1/2" and another set of 2" riser extensions from Jim's Spacer that I had tried out previously before going with the 2 1/2 inch. If you're interested in either set PM me. Maybe the 1 1/2" would work out for you.
