Raw look?
Have any of you guys sanded off the paint on your bikes to achieve the raw metal look. If so, did you clear coat or anything afterwords. I am interested in attempting this and if it doesn't look good, just repaint?

Guess it would be like buying jeans with holes or a new worn out hat and paying to dollar. Spray it with primer and seal coat it.

I sprayed pewter base with 4 heavy coats of clear . then wet sand with 400 grit sand paper to put scratches in it and kill the shine . then put wax on it so water beads and no finger prints |
