Default Which solo seat is the best

I'm looking to get a new seat that will let me sit a little further back and stretch my legs out a little more. Any suggestions?

I'm using a Mustang wide Tripper Solo on my Wideglide. I'm very happy with it; got it from Dennis Kirk for 186.50. Part #458506 if you want to look at it.

I just read up on this a lot and found the mustang vintage solo to be the winner. Lepera was second with uncomfort after 45 min of riding. Day tripper was also liked but a bit bulky.

I just a vintage solo off eBay lightly used for 80 bucks. Just keep watching

There is no such thing as BEST seat, it depends on your weight and shape lol.
I love the stock solo seat, most ppl hate it. I have owned a mustang wide vintage on my old ride, the best seat ever but looks too big on Dyna. I end up getting a sick saddle solo + pillion, so comfy. I am happy and she is happy.

I had the Mustang vintage solo on my last bike and loved it but wanted something different on this bike and went with a Danny gray. Very happy with it.

I found the solo seat on my fxd to be very comfortable, but thats just me, picked up stock seat off a fxdc for a low profile two up and found that seat very comfortable as well. The tripper I had on my sporty used to get uncomfortable after about an hour... But that was on a sporty not a dyna

I love my mustang vintage wide, but it will sit you further up and forward, doesnt look that great by itself either, but cant beat the comfort!

I also have a drag specialties predator, its a 2 up, but it looks awesome and sits you lower and further back.

I just took the Sicksaddles seat off my FXDB that did just that... let me sit back a bit, before I installed forwards. Now I have a new one, that pushes me forward a bit, to go with my current pegs.
I have ordered three seats from Ed, and all have been first-rate, and customized slightly to my preferences... He's highly recommended around this forum.
