If you are having that much of a problem there must be a problem else where.

Are they in a bind when you install them?

Is oil leaking onto the mount and eating the rubber?

Would shimming the front mount make life easier for the rear mount?

Sounds like something isn't lined up correctly and the rear mount is bearing more weight than normal.
