Start my 09 Super Glide
 

OK, you folks are going to think I'm crazy, but how do I start my Super Glide?
I have been trying to learn all about my Glide but have a big question. My Sporty, my only other Harley was a 2002, which means choke when cold and roll on a little bit of gas when warm. This 09 Dyna is fuel injected. It starts just fine with no rolling on any gas, but should I open it just a little, when cold?
I have an owners manual coming that should help me out a bit.
Also are there any issues with the 09 Dynas? Any thing that has happened to you? Thanks a bunch and I'm proud to be here.

No throttle needed with FI systems, turn ignition on, select "Run", push "Start" button. It will fast idle all by itself if needed

umm...make pretrip inspection, pull clutch lever in, put in neutral turn key to on and let it cycle for a few seconds then start it up.

when you push run. the chk engine light will come on for a few seconds while the fi system primes. when light turns off push start. ( with clutch held and kickstand up or in neutral)
