Powder coat engine or tape and paint on bike
I have a 1994 fxds and there are zero leaks coming from the gaskets but the black engine paint is chipped and looks like crap to me.
I have never taken apart a engine in my life but I do everything else.
I need opinions on this:
Take the motor apart and have it powder coated or paint it while still on the bike since I don't care about upgrades at this point and nothing is wrong with it.
I have the Manual for my bike but it is a little intimidating as this is like a huge step in the learning process on these bikes and I ride mine daily.

i did a write up a while back about paintin in the bike, also about full coating... if it just has a few chips why not use the small touch up HD sells, works great and is a spot on match i have it in stock to touch up customer bikes when i am done working on them and the bike is freshly washed
