Default Correct stock length on 2005 Dyna low rider shocks

I'm looking at replacement Progressive shocks for my 2005 Dyna Low Rider. On a couple of websites, both the 11 1/2" and the 12" shocks are shown to fit my bike. Does anyone know which is the standard length? I don't want to lower my bike - the stock height is fine with me.

Thanks.

Spanners39,

That is a great question and leads to my next question... when a shock is said to be 12", is that at full compression or full extension, or as it sits on the bike when the bike is sitting still (with or without someone sitting on the bike?)? Also, while I assume that the measurement is from the top mounting bolt to the bottom mounting bolt, that is only an assumption so I don't really know.

I am not being a smart ***, I just really don't know these answers. I'm not super smart, obviously.

Thanks.

Just measure them on the bike. They are pretty much at full extension when unloaded. My 96 measures @ 12.5" on the bike and the specs for mine is 12.6". This is eye center-to-center. Take you about 12 seconds (or a sip of beer).
