It's never gonna end man. I bought my bike just two months ago and all I do (when I'm not riding it) is troll the internet looking for that next sweet trim piece or performance upgrade that will sate my appetite for making her "mine".
Just wait till the ole lady starts barking about the never ending runs to the dealer for that new part you just gotta have.

Oh! We haven't even talked about the hotel and food bills for the rallys and events that are always happening. Sturgis, Daytona, Myrtle Beach, Hog Rallys, local poker runs, it all adds up. And, forget about trying to leave your bike stock. There's always a little something, extra lights, more horsepower, differnet tires, seats, handlebars, grips, pegs, flag mounts, electronics, cables, etc. etc. Also, let's not forget the clothes, bags, T's, leathers, boots, cleaning supplies, rags, waxes, and the list goes on and on. You'll understand the meaning of the "HD" before long!

It would have been cheaper to develop a cocaine habit but then again you would'nt have anywere near the buzz or the blast of piloting your Harley down the road and that's only half the fun when you meet up with fellow Harley owners you will know why the brand is so special. You have joined a brother/sisterhood that is worldwide and yes, it it is the closest thing to a truly international religion I can think of. Go with it, as it says in the accessories catalogue "All roads lead to chrome" enjoy!

I hear ya....I'm in the same boat pretty much...since I purchased my new bike about a month ago.....I'm out another 2200 bucks. And that ain't counting the new pipes and apehangers I want !
