Default Who likes the sound of decel popping?

I was telling my friend the other day that my short shots popped on decel and he said he loved that his did it and he wasn't gonna change it. Just wondering on here who likes their pipes popping on decel. Or does anyone have a remedy to fix it beside getting it dyno tuned. Cheapest way possible.

those short pipes have a tendency to back fire on decal. make sure they are not leaking at the flange area seal. it will cause it to draw In fresh air causing the decal pop. and get a good fuel tuner installed on bike and add some fuel to it should help solve the problem. no way sounds like Sh$t.

Two things that sound good popping, corks and popcorn

Yep, that's just something that needs a little tending to.

Yeah I like to pull hard up into third gear then drop the throttle and
listen to those babies pop away.

I don't have the popping but a good burble between shifts and during engine braking (decal). This on the 05 Dyna EFI with a DFO managing the fuel. Didn't plan on any engine internal mods and works just fine for me.
