Different Fat Bob front fender?

Just curious if there's other OEM fenders that will swap onto the Fat Bob? Wondering how it would look with something a little bigger, and if I could get one already in the right color it'd make for an easy swap. Haven't started looking yet but being a guy, figured the best way is to yell from the couch and see if somebody else brings it :icon_wink:

A set of these http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/k...FatcMgod5mAAfw will allow the bolt on of a Softail Heritage/Deluxe or Fat Boy front fender.

Excellent idea, thanks! I think the FatBoy fender will match the back of my '08 better than the stock one, but still be minimal. Always thought the original front FatBob fender looked out of place with the big front tire. I realize they were probably just trying to show off the front tire, but it won't exactly be hidden under a FatBoy one either. Now to see if my color blue was/is a FatBoy offering so I can skip the paint hassle.

Have you made any progress on the mod?

Check out my album and sig pic. I have a stock FatBoy front fender installed using the klockwerks brackets shown above. Depending on the color of your bike, you may be able to find a used takeoff fender in the same color and you're all set. I got a used Fat Boy Lo fender in Brilliant Silver Pearl. My bike is brilliant silver denim. All I had to do was wet-sand off the clear coat, and spray it with some rattle can flat clear.
