Can't tell much from the dark pics, but from what I've read in other posts on the Memphis Shades on a Fatbob, the lowers made all the difference in deflecting that lower air flow. Thanks for the review and post up some pics we can see. :icon_eddie:

i have the same setup (just with the ghost spoiler instead of smoke) on my 09 and your review is spot on.
one note on mounting. the width (long ways) of a business card is just about the perfect distance between the clamps. and if you loosen the mount points it makes it easier to mount the shield and get the headlight in the holes. i did have to readjust the headlight after mounting the fairing as i put some pressure on it when mounting and it got pushed down slightly. with my full face the updraft from my shins/knees is noticable but not annoying. changing the angle of the fairing had little to no effect on updraft or where the wind came over the shield. using mids or the highway pegs doesnt change the wind much. i was looking into the lowers and but not sure if there will be room to relocate the turn signals with them installed. with the stock bar setup the turn signals are completely blocked by the fairing. so i havent purchased the lowers until i decide what to do about the signals. hands are well covered, to the point where i rarely bust out the winter gloves anymore. with the 6" pullback risers they should still be covered. http://www.slozomby.com/fatbob-winter.jpg |

Not much of problem from the air coming from down under the fairing through my legs changed out the forward controls with floor boards and it's better as for wind.
