You should just give the bike to someone that will park it in the garage where it belongs. I've never heard of anyone beating a bike this bad.. The service manual isn't going to help, the bike was never designed to do what you have done to it. If my garage wasn't full of rescued bikes that need parking I'd rescue yours unfortunately I can't do that I'm sorry. Buy a cover and give that thing a break please

Don't do anything! Over the years the bike will obtain a wonderful patina, like a meershawm pipe. The built up grease and oil will protect the paint and chrome, and you will appreciate the iron oxide contrast to the black goop. Art is in the eye of the beholder.
You could also wait for a good thunderstorm and take a long ride, it won't affect the patina but it will wash the accumulated dust away.

Stop riding immediately.
Your bike is now UNSAFE due to reduced wattage from both the headlight and taillight bulbs. Motorists won't be able to see you and you won't be able to see the road if it's even slightly cloudy outside. I know someone it happened to. They lost their lawsuit when Harley argued the bike had been heavily modified from it's original configuration.
