Decided since it hit the low 70s today, it's a good day to wash and detail the bike. Probably last time it gets a good cleaning till spring. After sitting back and looking at it with the taller front and rear I guess the bike isn't really a lowrider anymore. "Step into your dealer and ride off on a harley high rider today." Just doesnt have the same ring to it. Oh well is fun to ride and is not run of the mill. Be safe everyone with the temps dropping and more snow on the horizon for some of you.

The increased lean angle should enable you to make good use of the great handling; yes, I bet that is fun to ride!

Wondering what tires you're running, both brand & size, with the suspension upgrades to fully utilize the better handling, looks great.

Thanks still fine tuning the front preload and rear rebound to get the most out of it. I'm running pirelli night dragons in the stock sizes, GT version in the rear. I have a bit of engine mods too and you snap the throttle and there's no weight shift it just flat out hauls.

Bike looks killer with the suspension mods - how are you liking those RWD shocks?

Spot on with the "high rider" thoughts...I just call mine the not-so-low rider these days...lol

Really digging the Bridgestone T31 Battlax on the rear - much stickier and more confidence inspiring than the old Commanders...will be matching the front tire soon, the C2 is just about done...

thanks, the rwd shocks are amazing. I go off curbs that would jar me before and I dont even notice I dropped now. These pirelli tires are amazing as well so much nicer than the Michelin that came on the bike. I will say this though the stock tires lasted forever and a day somehow. Not gonna lie man your bike is so sick. It just works as a regular lowrider modded if that makes any sense. It's not apologetic and still has the chrome on it.

I just bought and fitted the H-D locking fuel cap. Hardly big news, but I like it! I realise it's easy enough to steal fuel from under the tank but, as I'm planning touring further afield next year, it seemed worth fitting as a deterrent to opportunists; and the logo is cool too.

Wise purchase. There is no reason why HD should not have locking gas caps from the factory.

Spent Friday getting garage squared away, two cars and bike winterized. Farewell 2018. Will resume riding and driving my two Z28s in 2019.
