Been looking to get a new saddle for my 2005 Low Rider. Really love the king cobra style seats with tuck n roll pleating...Biltwell's Banana seat comes to mind but they only make it for Sportsters.

I guess the Le Pera Silhouette is the closest thing to what I'm looking for (tested out their King Cobra style, but I prefer the back support of the Silhouette) but are there ANY other companies out there making long, low profile seats that'll fit a 2005 Dyna??? Not to mention the Le Pera will run me 400+ with the stitching...

Anyone? Bueller?

 

I've got an '05 super glide and I ran into the same problem. They only made our style dyna for 04&05 so there aren't as many options out there for such a short production run. I wanted a le pera cherokee but it's not available for us. Have you looked at C&C. They might have something

 

Many manufactures make seats that fit our '04-'05 Dynas. Besides La Pera, I can think of Mustang and C&C for sure. Corbin probably does too but don't order directly from the factory (see threads on this forum re disappointed Corbin customers). There are other manufacturers whose names are not popping into my head. Others will probably respond.

 

Try and find someone local to make you one - we have a company here in Colorado "Bitchin Stichin" and I am having a custom solo seat done with detachable pillon for about the price as some of the other companies are charging - the difference being mine will be custom with return adjustments if needed

 

found a le pera silhouette for about $100 cheaper than msrp and im going to have a local upholstery shop stitch the pleats in for me!
