Headed for our first time, dad and I and a few others. Leaving Thursday coming back next Friday. Any advice?

 

Ride safe there's alot of traffic and alot of fools behind the wheel. and have fun. was there last year and will be going back in 2015.

 

Don't drink and ride. Have fun and look out for fools.

 

When in and around town use "Da Bus" ... The cops are tough now and they're really aggressive in and around the Chip, Throttle, and The Spoke ... Ride safe and party til ya puke, then start over.

 

Keep in mind, it's a marathon.........not a sprint.

 

Haha yeah true! I don't know how much partying we will do because we plan to ride a lot through the hills and being hungover and half out of it in that situation sounds like a bad idea. We're also staying with family in Rapid City so we will on our bikes to and from and I'm not drinking and riding. I'm sure we will pick a night or two though and get a ride in to town, I gotta have at least one night under my belt there. I'm definitely bringing the GoPro so hopefully will have some entertainment for yall.

 

Take time to ride Needles highway, and Iron Mountain highway. Great riding and views.

Was ther ein '12, had fun and got to see a lot. Devils Tower, Badlands, Custers Park and Rushmore. Just relax enjoy yourself and watch otu for the fools on the roads. Saw a few accidents in the hills by Rushmore and Custers Park. Enjoy the area!!! And be safe.

 

+1 on needles hiway nobody mentioned crazy horse,gotta see that,when i go i ride from ohio hope everyone has A GREAT TIME IN STURGIS
