Does anyone have any experence with the Head Quarters 98" kit? I have read that 97" is about as big as you would want to go without boring the case.

The local shop says that they have used them on several baggers, but, they are trying to sell me on the job. Just wondering how well they stand up on a dyna that dosen't have the big load to pull.

 

No experience with that kit but there are plenty that go to 98'' ( 107'' in later models ) with no issues at all. There is no room for over bore after that.

 

I didn't realize Doug was still in business. Interesting.

 

local guy here has a 95" they pieced together for him...that bike rips...he also has the power pulley...no problems that i'm aware of...he rides the **** outta that thing too
