There are a couple of FXDC Super Glides listed in the for sale pages on here.
One of them happens to be mine.
I am a tad older than you and I can tell you.....my ride has more power than you will ever need and I am at 215#.
A dealer, if any in stock, will be asking you to pay upwards of $12000.00 and beyond for a low mileage, late model Super Glide.
My ride is already equipped with exactly what your looking for and the price is right.
You will LOVE the Mustang wide tour seat with the removable and fold down back rest.
I am in Las Vegas and would be willing to meet you half way (towed to you in an enclosed cargo trailer) Or fly out to the entertainment capitol of the world and you and the little woman can ride the bike back to KC. It is ready to go wherever you point it.
I bought my 13 Super Glide Custom when the 14's were coming out, but none were available in my area. I wanted the 103 engine. So I had them upgrade the 96 engine to the 103 Stage II kit with the SE 255 cams.
Now by no way is my bike faster than most, but I tell you this thing gets up and goes. It comfortably shifts into 6th gear at 80, and at 95 mph it is still pulling.
I am amazed at how smooth and easy the bike is to ride at 80. It isn't even breathing hard.
The only bad part is a lot of the freeways here in So Calif. are so rough, the bike rides like a bucking bronco at 70, so unfortunately, I try to keep my speed down or stay off of them and ride the back roads. The suspension on the bike is not made for these bad roads out here.
When I first got my 96, power was plenty cause I had a TC88/5 speed. After I installed 107 + 30T pulley and rode my buddy's 96ci, I can't go back lol.
Get a 103 or 96 + cams, you can't lose either way.
I have the 103 in my '13, so they should be out there.
Thanks, I am still in the process of looking for one. I have my eye on a 2012 96 with about 5000 miles on it. It has the two tone maroon? paint job, and is stock except for a sissy bar and backrest. The dealer wants $11998 for it. Now if they would just give me at least $5000 for my Sportster we might be riding a Dyna soon. Thanks for all the comments!

I have a 96 w/ a 2 into 1 and SERT and have no issues at all with a passenger. Can't even really notice a difference at any speed with a passenger, highway speeds aren't a problem at about 75 mph pulling about 2700 rpm. Haven't driven a 103 but this motor is more than enough for me especially with the lighter platform of the Dyna.
I have the 103 FXDC. The power is adequate but I doubt I could feel any difference if I tried a 96 cubic inch Super Glide.
Me thinks the 103 is just bragging rites to a some riders.
5,000ft altitude here in Reno isn't helping power either.
96 is fine, but a nicely tuned 103 running the right cam, AC and pipe will run with a 110 SE.
My cousin has a CVO 110 Softail Deluxe, & I can take him every time. Granted the bike is much heavier, and pushing the wind.
It all depends on the type of person you are, only you know that. Personally I wouldn't want the the 96. At the very least I'm looking to cam this 103 all depends on crank run out. My way of thinking is a cam'd 103 is better than a cam'd 96.
